I have one. Works very well for 6-8 people. Figure 1.5-2 hours to complete a meal. It does work well!!!!

If you live in a dry climate and you do a little rigging you will get a better result. The air being drawn into the cooler must be from outside. A flat board that fits snug around the cooler and snug in a window, where the air outside is drawn into the intake side, and the blower out is inside.. Crack a door about 2 inches and be sure air beyond the door can escape outside. NO ICE. The dry air and heat cause evaporation. Water changes from liquid to gas, this takes heat. The heat energy id used up to make this change, thus the air is cooled. It is like getting out of a pool. When you first get out you are wet as you dry the water changing to vapor feels cool.

Looks good . I know for every meal everyone has their own recipe . You did good and I agree there should be no tomatoes . But where is the trinity ? lol I do mine with chicken , sausage and pork almost the way you do it except after I boil my chicken I use the broth and not just straight water . Either way love your work . Keep it up we all have our way of doing things . At end of day we just want people to enjoy our food .

I liked your video.. it was very thorough..I have seen in other videos that when they vacuum seal liquids like soup or spaghetti sauce, they actually lift the unit off the table and seal it with the unit above the bag..why not give it a try..would live to see a follow up video..good job..

U have to spray a cleaning solution then u presure wash

I always clean my engine with tire foam. I do wipe it off afterwards. Results are great and would never do it any other way.
